Edward Rizzuto is an associate at Stewart Humpherys Molin & Griffith, LLP. Mr. Rizzuto represents clients in personal injury, personal rights, and employment discrimination cases, and also supports the firm's general civil litigation practice. Mr. Rizzuto's personal injury practice focuses on matters involving persons who are particularly vulnerable to crime, abuse and neglect, including children, elderly persons, and persons with developmental disabilities.

Mr. Rizzuto graduated Cum Laude from Cal Northern School of Law in 2007. He was the Valedictorian of his graduating class. Mr. Rizzuto has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in San Francisco and Butte counties. In his capacity as a CASA volunteer, he served as an advocate and mentor for children who are committed to the justice and foster care systems because they are victims of abuse and neglect. Mr. Rizzuto was also trained and certified by the Mediation Center of the North Valley to serve as a mediator. He has mediated small claims actions as well as private disputes.

Edward Rizzuto was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Rizzuto is a member of the California State Bar and the Butte County Bar Association.

It is Mr. Rizzuto's intention to have his practice of law be guided by dignity and respect for profession and the people who depend on it.
