David Griffith

Dave Griffith joined the law firm of Stewart Humpherys Burchett & Molin, LLP, in 2002, moving from the central San Joaquin area where he had a successful practice in complex business and commercial law litigation. Dave continues his excellence in the practice of business and commercial law litigation in Northern California. As a testament to the loyalty of his clients, many of his Central Valley clients continue with Dave as their attorney even though he is now located many miles away. Dave's practice also encompasses corporate and banking law, automobile dealership representation, real estate law and litigation, agriculture law, employment law and estate and trust litigation.

He was born in Petaluma, California in 1965 and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the Northwestern California School of Law. He was admitted to the California bar in 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the Butte County and Stanislaus County Bar Associations and the State Bar of California.
