Neil Harris

Neil Harris is a partner in the law firm of Stewart Humpherys Burchett & Molin, LLP. His practice areas are primarily in the areas of Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Abuse Issues, and Medi-Cal Planning and Qualification.

Neil earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico, and his Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of Law in San Franscisco. He has been a member of the California bar since 1986. He is also a member of the Butte County Bar Association.

Neil Harris is one of only 50 attorneys certified by the National Elder Law Foundation to practice Elder Law in the State of California. He was named a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, an honor bestowed upon fewer than 75 attorneys in the United States.
