Keith Humpherys is a founder and partner in the law firm of Stewart Humpherys Burchett & Molin, LLP. His practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, estate planning and probate. Keith also maintains a general practice that is beneficial to his many long-time clients who may experience a variety of legal issues.
He was born in Thayne, Wyoming in 1929; admitted to the California bar in 1961 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 1955 and his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in 1959.
Keith Humpherys was a hearing officer at California State University, Chico between 1977-1981. He is a member of the Butte County Bar Association; State Bar of California; and Consumer Attorneys of California.
